All original marketing materials created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials for business purposes.

We are not responsible for:
– Changes in policies of platforms such as Meta, Google, or others
– Account suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
– Indirect or consequential damages
– Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the Services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled prior to termination.
